Built on precision, not promises. Owner-operated excavation using Topcon machine control to deliver accurate, build-ready sites.

A house cut or footing excavation is not just about moving dirt. It is the level your whole home starts from. I’ve seen what happens when the cut is rushed, guessed or left close enough. The builder loses time, the concreter has to work around problems, and the homeowner is the one who pays for it. That is why we take the time to set the job out properly, read the fall of the block, follow the engineer’s levels and cut it accurately from the start. We use Topcon equipment because accuracy matters. On a house cut, a few millimetres can make a difference. Footings need to be where they are meant to be, at the depth they are meant to be, and ready for the next trade without excuses. We are not the crew that turns up, digs a hole and hopes for the best. We do house cuts, block cuts and footings with the attitude that the next trade should be able to walk in and get straight to work. That is the standard I want my name attached to.
A slope is not a problem, it's information. We work with the natural fall instead of bullying it flat, batter the edges so they hold through a Sydney downpour, and compact the pad so it does not move under your slab. The cut you can't see is the cut that holds your home up. We treat it like it matters, because it does.
A clean, level cut is the quiet foundation nobody photographs and everybody depends on. Years from now, when the doors all close square and the floor sits flat and the cracks never came, that started here, in the dirt, with someone who got it right the first time. That's the work we want our name on across Sydney.
We use the latest Topcon 3D machine control technology to excavate exactly to the engineer's and architect's design. That means greater accuracy, less rework, and a site that's ready for your builder.
We assess the site, confirm the engineer's set-out, plan the cut, then dig once. No guessing. No rework.
Every house cut is completed using Topcon LPS machine control, allowing us to excavate to your engineered levels with millimetre accuracy. The pad is accurately trimmed, correctly compacted and ready for footings and concrete, giving your builder the confidence to start on a solid foundation.
We hand your builder a level, tidy, set-out cut they can pour on straight away. No surprises, no rework, no holding up the job.
We excavate using Topcon LPS machine control and a robotic total station, allowing us to work directly from your engineered levels. The result is a precise building platform that gives your builder confidence before the slab or footings begin.
That's exactly the work we want. A slope just means we read the fall properly, batter the edges so they hold, and compact the pad. We work with the contour instead of fighting it. Sloped blocks are normal for Sydney metro.
We give you a fixed price after we see the block and the plans, not a cheap number to win you then a bill at the end. If we hit real rock or a surprise underground, we stop and talk to you first. No silent extras.
Yep, we do it all the time. We talk to your builder direct, work to their set-out and timeline, and hand over a cut they can pour on the next day. One less thing for you to chase up.
I cut house pads and footings across Sydney metro, out to Wollongong, Liverpool and into the inner city around Redfern. I've seen too many owners get burnt by a bloke who dug fast, left it sloppy, and let the builder pick up the slack.
I do things differently. Before the first bucket goes in, I survey the block, load the engineer's design into our Topcon system and verify everything with our robotic total station. Then we excavate to the required levels with millimetre accuracy. When we're finished, your builder can get straight to work,no rework, no delays and no cleaning up someone else's mistakes.
It's family-run, I answer my own phone, and my name is on every cut. If something isn't right I'm there to sort it. That's the whole point of doing it properly the first time.
Get A QuoteWe cut to the engineer's set-out and check the level before we leave. If anything comes up out of spec before your slab goes down, we come back and fix it on our dollar. Your build starts on ground you can trust.

Fixed price after we see the site and the plans. No pressure, no chasing, no surprise extras.
